Abstract
This research paper examines the governance framework and public policy implementation in Telangana, highlighting key reforms, challenges, and outcomes since the state's formation in 2014. Telangana's governance model is characterised by strong executive decision-making, rapid policy implementation, and a technology-driven approach to public service delivery. The study explores investor-friendly policies such as TS-iPASS, which have facilitated industrial growth, and digital governance initiatives such as Mee-Seva and T-App Folio, which have improved administrative efficiency.
