Abstract

The world suffers today from intense competition in all areas of economic, political and social life, and we notice the rise of organizations and companies and the decline of others, and the ability of public administration and how it can affect the achievement of sustainable development in those organizations is perhaps the first factor behind what happens to those organizations. Consists of all operations aimed at implementing public policy. Management, in his view, is an activity related to (implementation), i.e. the implementation of the general policy of the state. How is that public administration controlling the capabilities of its employees and investing them to sustain the development of their efforts and the investment and development of their pension funds? Materialism, this is what our modest research explores.
