Yoga plays a significant role in maintaining physical health, mental well-being, and sports performance. The ancient principle of a healthy mind existing within a healthy body remains highly relevant in modern life. Rapid technological development, changing lifestyles, stress, and reduced physical activity have contributed to various health-related problems. In this context, yoga provides an effective approach for promoting overall fitness and preventing lifestyle-related disorders.
