Abstract
This study aimed to identify the impact of strategic choice on tourism service quality. It sought to understand the perspectives of senior administrative leaders regarding the dimensions of strategic choice, including stability strategies, growth strategies, and contraction strategies, and their impact on tourism service quality. The study was conducted at the Ministry of Tourism, Culture, and Antiquities. The necessary information was obtained by distributing a questionnaire prepared for this purpose to the ministry's administrative leaders. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which were: There is a strong, direct correlation between the dimensions of strategic choice and service quality, and senior management provides various methods to meet the needs and desires of tourists. In light of these results, the study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Deepening employees' understanding of the term strategic choice by focusing on increasing the number of workshops and training courses that will raise employee awareness of this concept; and working to improve the work structure that links strategic choice processes with quality measures, with the necessity of conducting periodic evaluations to ensure the continuity of the relationship between them.
