Abstract
The research aimed to identify the impact of public relations through strategic tourism planning in achieving job satisfaction, through an applied study conducted in five five-star hotels in Baghdad. The research sample consisted of (88) respondents from middle management employees. The researcher adopted the descriptive and analytical approach and relied on two types of sources to obtain information and data (primary and secondary sources). A questionnaire was used as the main tool for data collection. Several statistical methods were applied using the SPSS program to analyze the study data.
